One to watch - Darien

Most of you probably know Darien Brockington from the Foreign Exchange project (which I STILL play). Well, fingers crossed, we can look forward to some solo work from him. If you have no idea who I am talking about check him out on the Foreign Exchange cut (which happens to be my favourite off of the cd) Come Around and on a track from the Big Pooh album Sleepers entitled My mind . He's written for and worked with a whole host of artists. Take a look at his site if you get a chance which is Here.

I've errmmm "come across" a couple of tracks which are not on the website and believe me - he is definitely one to watch.
There's an interview here: http://www.thaformula.com/on_the_grind.htm

***Announcement: I guess you are starting to see the fascination I have with *featured* artists!***

An honourable mention also this week to Sabrina Melheiros and her debut album Equilibria. The majority of this album is definitely of the Brazilian variety and makes for a cd that's makes you want to dance (well it does this for me anyway). I can't say it's a cd I have in constant rotation but it does get some play. Strangely enough (or maybe not to some) this album was produced by Venom who just happens to be Bluey from Incognito's son! The track i'm loving off of this effort is the title track Equilibria.
